I was very disappointed!!! I was waiting for almost a hour “58 mins” and I would have left but I ordered my food online unfortunately. Then to add insult to injury the boy at the drive thru window was rude disrespectful and the lack of drive and spacey! I understand they’re young want to go home but this is a direct result from sub par management this is because time management is not being used correctly right person right place! You have two young kids at the window they have no idea what they are doing they did not even give me a receipt I had to check my food because the last four times that I have done the online ordering They left out multiple items out of my bag when they seal the bag so this time I opened it and guess what they do not have the Diablo sauces or cinnamon twists once again for the fifth time! Then the one boy comes back with a handful of Diablo sauces he touches my hand accidentally dropping some of them on the floor and runs way saying that he has Covid because he touched my hand (with no gloves or mask on) He does not know me or what my family has lost and battled with during Covid! usually I don’t say anything because I don’t want people getting in trouble or messing with my food but this has been enough and just ridiculous that anybody can stay in business doing what they are doing. I am an electrical service manager here locally and I train my team for success everyday, I also work with an awesome Team! I understand that things happen but You have to figure out a way to fix the issues you are having with management at your location.

I come here often enough, usually while running errands in the local shopping district. My orders never change - black bean crunch wrap or a couple spicy potatoe soft shell tacos with hot and fire sauce. Taco Bell sauce is life! I always use the drive thru.

The day time always gets through orders quickly, no matter the length of the line and my orders are always perfect. It's located on a canal too so the view is kinda cool while you wait in line.

Nighttime has always been a little different if you eat here in the evening. I've become prone to checking everything in the bag before leaving the window since I usually have to come back to request a missing item be given to me or to correct an incorrect order for exchange. I understand though - the lines back up to the streets and then never stop so it must be stressful. I assume they are short staffed like everywhere else right now. Usually the hot sauces are missing too but it's nothing that's too big of a deal - it gets busy and they always handle everything so nicely so I am in no way complaining. They always make it right by the end of transaction.

Can't wait for the nacho fries to come back! I'm just happy they brought potatoes black on the menu. Yum yum!

12/16/18 Pulled up at 2:52am for a late order for 6 people. Place clearly says open til 3am. Saw people cleaning the grill after I pulled up to the window after being ignored at the order station in drive thru. Knocked, honked, and watched them ignore me. We live about ten houses behind this place on the same side of del prado. We grab from this place 5+ times a week. Never a problem with day crew. Night crew is ridiculous. I'm sure it's management. Literally a $40+ order. Should've just fired up the grill. I'll be calling tomorrow.

Sat at drive through order station for 4 minutes. Nobody new I was here. Tried calling, honking. What's up? Is this place closed??

Update, 12/18/18 1:23 am I ended up getting my incorrect order,went home just to come back. They're already closed... Wtf?

Update, they remade my order. Got home. Still wrong. I give up...

Update... 12/30/18 12:40 Never have I spent more than 30 minutes in a drive though, until now. Ridiculous. Rude customer service to top it off.

Every time I visit this location, the fountain drinks consistently taste like carbonated water with a hint of flavor. No matter which drink I choose from the drive-thru, the result is the same—unpleasant and undrinkable. My Mexican Pizza also required a fork due to how it was prepared, which made it difficult to enjoy. When I mentioned the issue with the drinks to the staff, the response was dismissive, with a shrug of the shoulders as if the matter was unimportant. It's disappointing that, despite what I assume are multiple complaints, the problem has not been addressed. This lack of attention reflects poorly on Pepsi products, as the issue seems to stem from improper maintenance or handling at this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and resolves the matter to improve the customer experience.
