Very disappointing experience. After seeing items online I liked I went this store to try them in person. I buy often from WHBM. There was me and two other shoppers and 5 employees when I entered the store.No one offered to assist me, but I did find a few items I wanted to purchase. As I headed to the register, another customer came in, and the employees started gushing over her. I literally stood at the register for several minutes to pay, and the employees glanced my way and saw me and did not come to help me. One of the five could have excused themselves to ring me out. My wife and I went into this store 3 minutes before they were to close. Two associates immediately made my wife feel as if she was a princess. They spent almost a half hour finding the exact clothes my wife needed to feel special on her 40th birthday next week. She looked stunning before she walked in, but those clothes and accessories will help her feel as beautiful as she is next week. I was in the store today looking for denim shorts. Mona helped me with a pair and I ordered a different denim shorts online. Mona remembered from less than two months ago when I was in the store last about a family event, she even called me by my first name.
