The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Very disappointed not once but many times not by the food as I love panda express food and I tolerate the service provided by the employees. Im finally doing a review because this is an ongoing rudeness! I have had many 👀 eye rolls because I'm ordering more than one plates especially when I want to see how the certain items looks like as the cooking is never consistent lately and a lot of the attitude has to do with the workers not getting along and the attitude of not liking there job. But recently I sat at table saw a customer walk in while his wife was in the car for a phone call so he just sat at the table waiting now all 5 employees (it was slow no customer around to order) are gathering and I can hear them saying hey look at that guy and saying a lot of racist comments. So they say hey make the new girl approach him she walks up to him and says are you gonna order something he replies yes I am she then says you can order online and pick up the order? Never in my life have i ever witnesses such hated words from the other workers. This is why all the hires are rude and have no hospitality and the knowledge to be professional in a work environment. The man nicely declined and tell the lady I will order food don't worry so his wife walks in and she says it's her first time trying pandas for a while and don't know what to get so to make the process faster she ask what's the most popular item she will try it (mind you no one else is around and gave her the same rude eye roll and attitude. )They eventually went through the process and mentioned they will never come in-store again ! I agree!!! It's somewhat better to just go drive-thru. Rude they just prefer you to go drive-thru very child...
Read moreThis Panda Express is really a hit or miss for me and will probably be one of the last places I choose to eat at in Cedar City. The drive thru is quick and efficient however, the customer service is lacking horribly. I got to order and all there was was, "order when ready". I ordered but before I could talk the person was talking over me. After working in fast food I understand trying to get traffic through the drive thru to prevent getting behind and overwhelmed. But nobody else was in front of me or behind me so there was no reason to rush.
At the window the guy just said my total, took my card and that was that in terms of interaction. The only other thing he did was give me my card back and my food. There was no, "have a good day", or anything else. Not trying to beat a dead horse but the drive thru was empty besides my self and there was no need to rush to get me through and not treat a customer/another person with at least some respect.
I don't usually write reviews after having a negative experience but the customer service was so awful that I needed to write this. There is definitely a need for a change in the way the the employees treat those who come to eat at this Panda. There is no need to give people a cold shoulder. All I can think of is if a "secret shop" comes through to review the restaurant and are treated the same way I was. If they were there would be an issues...
Read moreWe visit Panda Express frequently and although there is a different standard for quick service, the overall customer service was almost comical. This was a Thursday night at around 8:45 pm there were 22 customers in the eating area and an employee starts sliding the metal chairs along the tile floor (obnoxiously) making a barricade along the biggest seating area. People who entered the entrance would each try to squeeze through the chairs to get to where they could order. Beyond the obstacle course to get to the ordering line, trying to order was next impossible due to the loud sliding of the metal chairs. Once we ordered, the line employees were reluctant to make items that were out. I could even understand if we weren’t quite a ways out from closing. After our party of eight tried to squeeze I to the only open seated area the employees started doing their closing routine. When we got done and headed to our car (at 9:10) a couple tried to enter the building and it was locked??? The hours do not say that they were closed at this time.
