Trudy's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Centennial

LOVE this store! No matter the occasion, I always find what I need. 2 particular ones I want to highlight:

1. A few days ago my brother and I swung by looking for a baptism gift. I have previous found great baptism options here including plush bears that have recorded prayers and ones you can record yourself. This time - I wish I could remember her name (facepalm)- a lady helped us out and found us THE PERFECT gift bag and helped us with a couple tissue papers to top it off.
2. A while ago my bff's grandmother's dog passed away. I kinda didn't know how to respond to this news - like..what is the right way to express sympathy? Hallmark had it covered. They legit have pet sympathy cards!! And all kinds of general pet stuff like frames, booklets, models, etc. I will admit, I have since been back for every pet passing in my life since.

I go here for a lot of my Christmas shopping and random thoughtful gifts. I am SO grateful to the staff who are so helpful every time I come...

Your current manager needs to work on her customer service. She wouldn’t even let me ask a question before she told me that she had too many returns are ready and wouldn’t deal with me. she can walk her a little swaging hips to the back area where she belongs.

I am shocked at the unprofessional level of customer service that Hallmark is willing to provide to their customers. Your return policy states you either need a receipt or you would except exchanges or returns at the current price. I have been straight up told that you will not except it back without a receipt. I will let everyone that I shop for and or no they shop for me at a Hallmark store never to shop at one again.

I moved to Denver on 12-01-2019 and didn't know that there were Hallmark Stores any longer. While living in Illinois, I used to frequent them regularly and was a bit disappointed when they closed.
