Where do I start? From the moment you enter you're greeted with a warm friendly smile. I had a very special rare rope necklace which broke in the middle. When I pulled it out to get an idea if it could be repaired Jonathan was like wow, I've never seen a rope chain like this. My heart dropped because I didn't think it was repairable. He presented it to the other gentleman (owner, didn't get his name, shane on me) and he too was a bit baffled. By now I'm just at a loss I felt. He looked up and said, no worries, I can fix this for you. May not be easy. I walked out still with my nerves at end because like I said this is an odd piece and old.

When I returned the following day to pick up my necklace I was greeted again in the same fashion. By now I felt like old friends! My 4 yr old granddaughter was with me and she fell in love with how kind and sweet she was treated. It means the world to me when she walked out holding my hand looks up at me and says. Gigi I like him, he's my friend. Thank you is not enough. Highly recommend is not enough to say. Pricing!! WOW! FANTASTIC. let's just say while I was there I even made a small purchase. The first of many. (Wink wink) I have found my go to jeweler here in GA. THANK YOU AGAIN....

First of all, you will not find nicer people in the jewelry business. These folks are for their customers and their main goal is to take care of you!! They have repaired 2 sentimental items for me (an old omega watch and a wedding ring) with impeccable craftsmanship. Not to mention they are the most reasonably priced around. They make you feel like family when you walk in and they are never trying to pressure you into anything. Please go support these fine folks and their great business!! Moved recently to the area and I visited the store because I wanted to meet the staff and get a battery quote for my two watches. All I can say is this is an A plus Jewelry. Jose gave me special attention and he replaced the batteries the same day at a very reasonable price. Pretty sure you won't find that price in any other store. He did a great job and right away I decided to leave my 14K Gold chain with a damaged clasp. This was Saturday and I picked it up on Monday. Job done by Monday and he replaced the clasp with another 14K one at a great price. Can't complain! Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend...
