Red Dragon Chinese Food — Restaurant in Chandler

Food is always consistent, they deliver within a wide area. Sometimes it takes longer to deliver when you order a lot of food but it's always hot and you get a lot of food for the prices. I usually order through the beyond menu app and the prices are always a little off but they adjust it on the bill no problem. Just make sure to mark that you're paying cash when you do delivery, DONT put in your card information. They must scan your card to charge you and they will still bring the card machine if you check the cash option. The app doesn't let you complete the order if you check the card option and dont put in your card info.

Also just to address the poor customer service reviews; it is a small chinese family owned business. They are not the most social people but have always been polite and even called me right away once when I had placed a large delivery order to confirm we knew what kind of noodles we ordered. I don't know what people are expecting but the service is about the same as you'd get from any other small family owned chinese food business. I've never eaten inside but they do have tables and a soda fountain and it's always clean. I've often seen them eating their own food which is a good indicator of the quality. When I order for pick up it's always ready within 20 minutes and they don't mind when I ask for extra sweet and sour sauce. I have been eating here for two years...

I placed an order for delivery and it was so loud that the person on the phone couldn’t hear me and he was also kind of rude. Before I got to ask for condiments, he hung up on me. I had to call back and again the gentleman was rude. And then looked at my phone and I had a couple missed calls. It hadn’t been more than a couple of minutes, and I went to the door to grab the food and the gentleman who delivered A really bad attitude hand me the food gave me a nasty look and walked away. And then called the store explaining what it happened and asked for the manager he apparently the same gentleman I spoke to you before and I said I need a manager. He said OK long pause. I explained to him what it happened and that it only been a couple of minutes. I went right out and I said thank you and the guy again had a really bad attitude. I really felt racially profiled because they did not give a crap. I don’t usually Make reviews like this and let it go, but I can’t. This wasn’t right and I paid a good price for my food.

And I always tip the drivers even if I give a tip over the phone, but I wasn’t about to do it this time. I’m done...

I've been eating here for years! It's by far one of my favorite places for a quick and tasty lunch! I almost always get the beef and broccoli and sesame chicken for my husband. What I love is the food is always great and the portion is more than enough! I always get the beef and Broccoli with extra sauce and let it soak up into the rice, I'm obsessed. I started coming here when I was in high school, and I even called in and had them delivered to us my junior year on campus a few times. When I was pregnant, this was all I wanted to eat, and now whenever I get the urge for Red Dragon, my husband jokingly asks if we are expecting again! The staff at Red Dragon have always been so kind to us over the years, I've watched their family grow and they watched ours, I will be coming back as long as they stay open! I popped over at the end of March for a quick lunch and was so sad to see that the doors were closed due to COVID-19, but I can promise you I will be back once things calm down and the doors open back up.
