I bought a $1300 Rado watch last week.. The watch was loose on my wrist, but they were not able remove extra links for me that day since their jeweler was not there that day.. they asked me to bring it back on another day when their jeweler would come.. Which is fine, no issues with that. Since I did not wear the watch, did not check whether it was working or not.. After a week took it to their store again to fix the size.. which they did.. Again I had not opened the box in between so did not notice that its not working.. On bringing it back home today, I noticed that its not working..I should have checked too before just paying them first time.. Anyways, I call the store to let them know this, and the lady who answers - no apology.. she is like my manager can call you tomorrow and if it is the battery they will replace it.. Or not sure what they will say.. What??? I am not paying 1300 for a watch that does not work. They don't even check the battery or whether the watch is working, time is set before selling it? Not acceptable service.. I will not recommend this...

Avoid this place at all costs. They sell junk and the price is never the same. They can discount at 90% but won’t for everyone. That’s an SCAM! Arizona is not California! We aren’t stupid here. We know when you’re trying to pull one over on us! If 5 people go in and all get a different price? What is that? I go to the mall to shop at reputable stores not flea market hagglers. Safe your money and go to Helzberg. Hell even a pawn shop would be better. Not to mention I seen them yelling at their employees for not closing sales! They said it’s family owed but they don’t treat their people like family. I bet you’ll see high turnover here because only numbers matter to these people.
