The product is nice; however, the online service is awful. They charge you for items ordered even if they are not available. There is no quality control because orders are received without all of the items. And when you call, you are told no one is available and they will have someone return your call the same day.......they never do. There are a lot of retailers with fantastic online service - Halsbrook, Bloomingdales, Boden and Nordstrom to name a few. My recommendation is to avoid ordering online from Gretchen Scott. I went into this shop, to shop I own about a dozen tunics from this label, there was a couple in front of me who were arguing about the way their purchase was rung up. I was standing there for over twenty minutes with clothing to purchase, I was never acknowledged once, not a hello when I walked into the store, not a can I help you, or a thank you for your patience. Love this place and their clothes. It’s the type of store where you will likely find your favorite dress/shirt/pants. Whimsical and classy designs. You will probably get compliments wherever you go - from the supermarket to a cocktail party. Incredibly professional and pleasant team as well. Also a somewhat minor point but will add it is boyfriend friendly.
