My journey with Ascot Diamonds began in late July, and I presented John with an incredibly tight deadline to craft a one-of-a-kind engagement ring for my proposal in Italy. Right from our initial meeting, it was evident John had profound industry knowledge, and was able to provide specific recommendations and design elements of the ring that I would have otherwise overlooked.

As the deadline rapidly approached and impending hurricane Idalia threatened to disrupt logistics, John ensured I remained well-informed at every turn. Their design team expedited the CAD drawing, and prioritized the ring in production to ensure it would be delivered by my departure date. The day of our departure, with the ring making it just-in-time to the Fedex Warehouse, John drove out of his way to Fedex in North Charleston, met the Fedex Driver ON their route, obtained the ring and drove it straight to my house just in time for our airport departure. If this extraordinary commitment to customer satisfaction doesn't speak volumes, I'm not sure what will.

John is so incredible to work with...from sourcing the best quality diamonds (natural or lab grown) to helping you try all different settings with the cut you like, I felt completely confident from the moment I stepped into the beautiful space right off of King Street. I initially went to look at different cuts/settings with my mom and then John took detailed notes and met with my fiancé to design a custom ring that was absolutely perfect. Since having the ring I have needed it resized once and John responded immediately and had my ring resized and back to me within 24 hours - free of charge. Every time I have a question or even just want to stop by while I'm on King Street I'll pop in to have my ring cleaned (also free of charge) and catch up with John.
