First time at an opera, and this was definitely different from what I expected. HALO was performing Rigolleto with a modern theme. They incorporated modern-day high school basketball to the play, and it was fun! The price for normal people is a pretty high but student prices are great! Although, to be honest, the student prices may be too high for students. It is understandable why the price is high because the show hires extremely talented people, and the venue is small. Despite that, I still feel the price is a gate to new people who may want to try it out.

I went to festival Hall to see the Sistine chapel exhibit. It was a very nice venue and very comfortable. It was on Beaufain Street downtown and there was a parking garage nearby. I had never been to festival Hall before and do not know what they usually have there but on this occasion the room that we were in was large enough to hold the huge canvases and a lot of people. It was very comfortable.

I had been wanting to go to this New Years Wonderland party for YEARS!! I loved the band. The alcohol choices weren't so great, but it was an open bar, which I liked. The food wasn't a good selection. It looked like Hawaiian cool sandwiches and a cup of banana pudding. The dancers were great! I did expect a bit more, but overall... I had a great time.

Horrible venue. Paid 200 a ticket for new years winter wonderland. The promo video looked amazing.." multiple entertainers.." a guy juggling in the corner, headphone disco ( cute idea) and then a band was a far cry from their video promo. The appetizers should have been served by waiters walking around instead of having to walk in a hallway hoping to find something. To end the experience which felt like a high school dance in a gym, they served alcohol in plastic cups, which several college age boys felt entitled to toss on the dance floor near the stage. I was splashed, expensive shoes stained, and such utterly ridiculous behavior should not have been tolerated. I confronted the kids- they didn't pick it up. I had to walk around until I found a staff member, who later cleaned it but let the kids stay....

My team and I have been trying to work with Festival Hall for a big event, however they are very difficult to get in touch with, or to respond to messages. It’s been weeks since we heard back from one of the staff. We were ready to place a deposit to hold the date for our event, that’s all we wanted to do. Staff responded maybe a few times a month or so ago but nothing since then. Not via email nor phone, no call back no email back after multiple attempts. I moved on to another venue as a back up because we can’t keep placing our planning in pause and the venue rep also didn’t have good feedback back on even them themselves trying to work with Festival Hall. Very...
