While this store has a nice selection, I had several issues with my purchase. I found a dress I wanted, but they didn't have the size I needed, so I had to order it to be shipped to my house, no problem! So I ordered it, and they took my email and phone number to send the tracking information.
The email never arrived with my tracking information, so I wait 2 weeks. Still nothing. At this point I call the store and the manager (I think) picks up. I explain the situation, give my order#, and then she says she'll have to call me back later. So I wait for a couple hours and finally receive a call. It turns out it (according to them) shipped to the store, and they forgot to send it to me, so it was just sitting in the back for ~2 weeks. The manager apologizes and sends it to my home.
When it arrives, it's in fine condition, but it turns out they charged me the wrong price because of taxes, so they gave me a gift card for $2. Which at that point I'd have preferred anything other than a gift card.
