We stepped inside and as we walked in to begin looking instead of a “Hello” we are immediately scolded not to take photos. As a business owner, it is a sign of flattery when customers come into my place of business and love the products so much they want to take pics. We were Scorned about a picture of a Christmas bear. It’s Christmas items you can buy in Hobby Lobby for much less. My suggestion is to treat people with kindness and they will want to buy from you and promote your business. Shame on you!!!!! I only left one star because we couldn’t leave it...

Customer service is horrible, they hang ornaments on unstable hangers an when the fall and break they make you pay for them. We will never visit or purchase from them again. Rather then the clerk sitting behind the cash wrap texting they should be on the sales floor helping customers to prevent items from falling. This is a real southern scam be cautious. Visiting downtown Charleston as we have dinner reservation in the area and came an hour early and walk around the area and find this small beautiful stores. It is one of the beautiful christmas stores that I had visited.
