Traveled to Spoleto from out of town per my annual trip with hundreds of dollars in tickets to premium shows. Purchased premium seats for 8PM on Sat night around other shows and activities to only discover they mailed me tickets to 3:30. All went down hill from there. Read moreI went to a Spoleto concert at the Music Hall (which was fantastic) but before the show while we waiting in line for entry, I watched two Spoleto organizers and a Spoleto board member berate the Music Hall staff members. A board member was even cursing at them. It seemed to be about them not getting a special entrance and being made to wait in line to pass through security. The Music Hall is a fantastic Charleston institution and beloved by locals… regardless of what the confusion was, no one should speak to someone the way they spoke to the staff. Rudest people I’ve ever witnessed with a profound sense of entitlement. 0/10 stars if I could, they ruined the...
