The Healing Gallery — Local services in Charleston

Adley was amazing! I loved her technique. I was visiting from out of town and was shocked I could find an appointment on short notice only a few days prior. I didn't know what to expect of The Healing Gallery but the location was a quick walk from our hotel so I went for it.

Immediately upon arriving I felt removed from the touristy/travel energy I was around (and carrying myself). I followed the narrow shrub-lined path to the front door and saw a 'session in progress' sign on the window. I was confused, and then the door opened and I realized it was MY session. The entire studio was just for me. I loved not feeling cramped in a room that barely fit a massage table. The vibe was light and bright and airy with the historical architecture of the building shining through.

It can be a little risky popping in for a random massage not knowing if the therapist will resonate with your own style. I could not have been more pleased with Adley. Amazing pressure, smooth movements, and an ability to find some troublesome spots right away. I felt immediately at ease.

If I ever find myself in Charleston again I will be booking another...

They were extremely rude after I booked, I ended up going to another massage parlor instead. Poor customer service

This is a prime example of the incompetence of your customer service, not liking what someone says about your service does not give you a free for all to just be rude back. There are plenty of massage therapists in the area who prioritize their customers and have respect to go to instead. I have shared with my friends to just use Salt Spa or one of the other 100s of locations instead of this one. Very immature from a place of business and it’s reflected in your response.
