Under The Almond Trees — Local services in Charleston

This store is beautiful and stocked full of great stuff and I already loved shopping here. But what made me love this store even more is a recent over the phone purchase I made for my daughter. I placed some adorable pajamas on hold when they were out of my daughter’s size in the store. They took my info and called me, as promised, as soon as they came back in stock. They said on the call that they would go ahead and ship to my home address and I noted that they would likely even arrive in time for my daughters birthday. When they arrived in a few days I opened them to find a sweet Birthday note and an included extra little gift for my daughter. This goes above and beyond quality customer service. It was so sweet that they even remembered me mentioning her birthday. Couldn’t love this store more and plan to be a long time and frequent customer for my kiddo and gifts for all the other kids...

Let me first say, I have FOUR children, ranging from 11 down to under 1. This is by far & away the best children’s store I have ever been in. If there is anything you may want/need for your child, or as a new mom, this store has it all. I wish every town had a store like this because it is honestly the most well curated children’s store & it has things I’ve never been able to find in a store before. It would be a lovely place to go shopping for a kids birthday or just because on vacation; it literally has something for every age & it’s things that are actually useful, not just trinkets that will break & be thrown to the side. Response to owner: considering that we walked to your store from our hotel, might I suggest the following:

please get your facts straight; if you are going to charge exorbitant prices for clothing made in China, at least provide decent customer service without the attitude; consider refreshing the customer areas starting with a fresh coat of paint and insuring the flooring area is kept orderly and in broom-swept condition.

We won’t be back and would advise others similarly.
