Was here for a weeknight night stay. The man at check in was great (8nwiah is caught his name), he was there when I checked out and remembered me enough to follow up with some details I mentioned the day before. The food for me personally wasnt great, at first my steak was too salty then the manager (who is an amazing person) took it back to have it re-done, but it came back kinda flavorless lol so no happy mefium. I came here for the NCAA tournament and my first time in charlotte. The rooftop bar is on point. All the bartenders made great drinks. Shout out to will.
