Sarah was great with me! I was about three years overdue for a “trim” BEFORE the pandemic and just couldn’t bring myself to lose length and had been dragging my feet for years… I decided when I committed…rather when my husband researched to find Sarah and made me an appointment without my knowledge informing me I had an appointment for a haircut…lol…decided that I was going to put more focus on taking care of my hair the right way. ….and so I came to Sarah as a hair disaster with all the hesitation and shame of showing my locks to a professional. I told her my concerns and she listened. …I was distracted and saddened by what my hair used to be and no longer was…she met my apologies for being such a disaster with positivity and gave me the tools and encouragement to take great care of my hair. She helped me appreciate the hair I have now… I now have healthy curls still down to my waist…which I appreciate and enjoy and after my 2nd cut…this amazing blowout that I love equally as much as rocking my curls! Sarah was very detailed. I really liked that she first conducted a consultation on FaceTime to make sure we were on the same page and she understood exactly what I wanted. Then, at the appt, we reviewed the color and cut desired. She took her time and performed checks throughout the process to see if we were accomplishing the correct color. Her blending technique is great. I wanted a natural look and easy maintenance balayage, and I’m very pleased with the result. She offered for me to come back during first week to make any tweaks if needed. I don’t think I’ll need any tweaks, since i loved the cut and color, but it’s nice to have the assurance, she wants to guarantee that the client is satisfied with the service. She is also very kind and sweet....
