Erin McDermott Jewelry — Local services in Charlotte

Need more and/or better help! Good intentions but poor fulfillment/performance. Bought several items end of July 2025 never got the items. Reached out and they said they would send a replacement with a tracking number on Aug 13th. In the mean time I got the 1st order about two weeks later (total of close to 4 wks). While waiting for packages I noticed that the new tracking number never left or was scanned but hoped that it was a USPS error and I would get the package soon. Then Erin McDermott reached out Aug 25 to let me know that they no longer had the items for my order and the replacement package was never sent. They offered to send other items etc but WHY didn't they let me know earlier they no longer had the product instead of letting me worry about the packages?! Once they reached out I did let them know I had just received the 1st package but still. So again, good intentions but poor performance/ fulfillment. Nice products but not sure if I will...

I literally chased down a stranger in the Walgreens parking lot this morning to ask where she got her gorgeous rainbow gemstone necklace—she sent me to Erin McDermott Jewelry, just around the corner in Elizabeth. I’m so glad I went! I found the same stunning rainbow piece (and plenty more I loved). Prices are very reasonable, quality is fantastic, and the team could not be sweeter or more helpful.

Beware buying from Erin McDermott Jewelry as the pictures on her website do not honestly portray what you will receive. I ordered six items and they were all disappointing. Two sets of earrings arrived damaged, one was missing a piece and the other was bent, plus all of the pieces were tiny, thin and childlike, not like the pictures shown. They looked cheap the website does not give measurements on some items, like a necklace, which Erin said she was “working on”. Erin has a NO refund policy she only offers a credit against a future purchase. You will notice her website does not have customer reviews and she refused to stand behind her products. After several messages back and forth, she agreed to exchange one pair of earrings! I would strongly suggest not buying from Erin McDermott Jewelry....
