Worst hospital ever! First off, thanks to the couple nurses and the one or two caregivers that look out for my mom and take care of her. Most of the caregivers in her room just sits there and do absolutely NOTHING, my mom would be sitting in urine in a dark room and they wonāt check her⦠No one ever gives her water but the caregivers are all sitting with their water bottle. Her lips are always dry and cracked till skin is hanging off because sheās dehydrated and no one will even put a bit of lip balm or even Vaseline on her lips. Found a MOLDED sandwich in my momās room that she was about to eat!!!!!
My mom has dementia they should be constantly checking her room to make sure there is nothing harmful around. My mom was admitted with a new iPhone I bought her and every time I go and ask for it they canāt find it. I was told it was there in a drawer at the nurses station after I left. Went back and again no one could find it. They are always giving me the run around. Now her room phone has not been working for almost 3 weeks and I canāt talk to her when I want to. I have to call and speak to 3 different people before getting to talk to her. I was told 3 weeks ago her phone in the room should be working the next day. Called today and still not working! Spoke to the rudest nurse on the 7th floor just now who canāt comprehend basic English. Iāve been trying to tell her the phone isnāt working you cannot transfer me and she still transferred me in the middle of me talking to her. She was very dismissive and not helpful plus a bit rude. She hung up and now Iām calling again and she wonāt pick up the phone. The phone just rings out. This is so not fair! I try to call my mom pretty much everyday because in her condition any day now she wonāt remember who I am so I try to call her as much as possible since I live out of state. Iām the only family member thatās there for her and they are making it difficult for me to talk to her. Unacceptable!!! Incompetent case worker who refuses to help with my momās situation. I believe her name is Tiffany! She is never around! Spoke to another case worker who said theyāll call me back and never did!! My mom been in this hospital since October 2024 and itās August 2025. Still no help or any lead to help get her Medicaid so she can be placed in a home for memory care. Case worker never calls me back! Always saying there is no other option so she has to live in the hospital. Are you kidding me! Do not let your loved ones go here! Read other reviews. If you care about them keep them away...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad to make appointment and it was set far off. I was continually notified of all earlier appointments available and offered the chance to be seen sooner. I was able to get an appoint more than a month and a half earlier than previously scheduled. I was promptly checked in by the lady at the first check in desk. I'm terrible with names but all of the ladies up front are amazing. I've being going to this practice for over 26 years, so the ladies are more like close friends. They always remember me and all of my kids, grands and few other relatives. After being checked in 20 mins early before my scheduled appointment, I was quickly called and screened by my doctor's amazing nursing assistant. While I arrived well before my appointment, I still was placed in my room and advised, after my vitals check it may take a little longer because I had arrived earlier than expected. But I didn't wait long at all. My regular primary doctor J Patel schedule was dull so I had the pleasure to see Dr. Kennedy. He came in and greeted me, quickly and fully discussed and addressed all of my concerns and made several plans to them resolved. I also was sent to the lab for blood work, the young lady back there is extraordinary in her skill. One of my best visits ā„ļø...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love Dr. Kenning but me having to jump through hoops when I need to speak with her is ridiculous. I love her but every time I need my prescriptions refilled it doesnāt happen for 2 weeks. Signs all over the office that say call 7 days out for refills and not ONCE have I actually received them in 7 days. It takes multiple calls to people who state itās going out in an urgent message but I never hear back from anyone and have to keep calling. They even ālostā a prescription and tried to argue with me that she never prescribed it, this is after her prescribing it for 6 MONTHS. Iām beyond tired of this and want to find a new practice after constantly dealing with it. Why not be like every other office so that when you call in you leave a message for the Drs nurse instead of calling and getting people in a call center that arenāt onsite just sending the nurse emails? Get your process organized as I see Iām not the only one who...
