I went into the Store on yesterday , Saturday September 17, 2016, I went to have links remove from a watch that I previously had purchased. I had the worst customer experience ever . The retail employee Loren was the worst representation of the company ever. Keep in mind that my visit was at 10:15 am, therefore, the store had only been open for 15 mins. She was very unpleasant, did not smile, never greeted me and walked away to assist other guest as I was asking her questions about some of the new merchandise. I sprayed some of the Sexy Amber perfume, I am a perfume and handbag lover, she made a face and said everyone sprays that perfume, it's really loud. How rude? And to add insult to injury she was overall a disaster for the MK family. As a result of my treatment from Loren, I am boycotting MK Southpark and advising all of my colleagues and family to do the same. I have been shopping at MK South Park for more than 5 years and I have never, ever encountered such rude and unprofessional behavior. Thanks to Loren, you all have lost a faithful and...
Read moreKelcy was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional to my aunt. We spend thousands of dollars in This store and she was trying to returning something that didn't fit and had spoken to another employee Jennifer who is super sweet verifying she could still do the return. It's all in writing via text. She had the messages to show and Kelcy REFUSED to even look at the messages. She belittled my aunt for wearing a mask as she was not wearing one for whatever reason saying things like "seems like you're having a bad day" "I can't tell if you're smiling under that thing but I think you're having a bad day" and getting hostile with my aunt who was completely calm. I have worked for Michael Kors in the past and currently work retail, and that is NOT how you treat clients at all. Especially ones who shell out a ton of money to you and especially not after a global pandemic that hit everyone hard. We both reported her to corporate. 10/10 do...
Read moreI tried returning glasses bought online, they decided to mail the return instead of giving me a refund. After calling customer service, the one guy supposed to be supervisor insisted that it is per store discretion. 1. The glasses are not on sale, 2. They have the same glasses in the store. 3. The customer service rep stated that since I used a credit card, they should have processed the glasses and returned the money to the credit card. The guy was not nice at all, did not want to admit that they didn't follow procedure. No where is written that it's per store discretion and no one explained to me. The lady took the return, didn't ask or explain anything. I was just shocked that I didn't get a receipt and that's when I asked questions. If I knew they are going to mail it, I would have done it myself, but I thought they are fragile, so the best is taking them to the store....
