Sharon in the print and copy services is phenomenal!! I arrived at her department first thing Saturday morning upon opening and Sharon was ready for the beast of a project I had awaiting her. First timer using sophisticated tools (canva) to design my own company stickers and signage for use at a large conference where my key clients go. I had to have everything same day and at high quality. Sharon was not deterred! She immediately recognized my need to be hand held with placing my order on the staples website (trust me the site was not intuitive). Once I got the order correctly setup on the site, Sharon immediately picked it up in her queue and set out to deliver super high quality labels and signage in about an hour from start to finish! This place has been hit or miss for me over the last couple years. My last online print service, with local pick up, was fantastic. They combined all my orders into one fancy box and the cost was much better than expected. I even received a courtesy phone call to let me know my order was done well before it was due. Considering my last couple visits have been positive, I will chalk it up to change and improvement and see this as hopeful. I placed a print order online and picked it up in the evening carting two upset children under three on my hips. When I got home, I realized that there were some issues with the order. When I came back the next day, I explained the issues and that they may have been my fault. The store manager (Sean) went out of his way to fix them. The print department supervisor (Jayda? Maybe? I didn't quite catch her name) was brand new but friendly and quick to help and smile.
