Great place! Amazing and cute selection of things! There is one employee there, Revonda who is so great and sweet, and helps you find anything you need that is available. She's so kind and makes the store like a comfortable environment and definitely is someone who would make you want to go back!

Update: I just had to come back and leave another review. I usually only like to shop when the ladies are working because of the employee James who is always sitting on his phone not acknowledging the customers. He did not notice is until we walked out and would rather sit and have a conversation with some friends than work or help us out with things we needed. The store is still really great, but I'm taking a star down due to this...

Don’t have a problem with anyone in the store, everyone has always been attentive, friendly and helpful. I have a problem with their “company return policy”...Just found out that you can’t return any items and get your money back, but they will happily exchange it for something else in the store. It would have been VERY helpful if that policy was posted somewhere in the store or if their employees actually explained this policy otherwise I would’ve thought twice about my purchase. So think twice before you lay down $100 on something that you can buy online for much less. Luckily Box Lunch is around the corner, their customer service is excellent, and I can shop...

I went there once and had a WONDERFUL experience!!! It had so much stuff that is super hard to find in the U.S. The employees super friendly and kind. And it had super reasonable prices! (Especially since most of it isn't sold in the United States.) It is an absolute must visit for anyone who loves anime, Sanrio, San X, or the Korean and Japanese cute...
