I've been a customer for quite some time because I have a teenager but that ends today. My 15 year old received a denim/flannel shirt as a birthday gift from a friend at a party. She wanted a hoodie so I went to the location at Hamilton Place, Chattanooga, TN to ask to exchange it for something she would like and they said without a receipt they don't do exchanges. I was not trying to return it for money, it had never been worn, and still had the tags on it. Read moreCame in around 6:45 pm, found a few items that I wanted to try on, the girl rolled her eyes and let me go in the fitting room. My girlfriend wanted to try on an item, but the girl told her, as well as several other people, that they were closing the fitting rooms and no one would be allowed to use them after me (They close at 8). I checked out with my items, and another man asked to use the fitting room, a different girl told him the same thing and when he walked away, obviously frustrated, she just laughed with the other girl. Neither of them made eye contact, or even attempted to be friendly. No one wants to buy clothes they can’t try on....
