We live 30 minutes away from the Windsor in Chattanooga and my wife and daughter went to Windsor to look for an outfit for a dance. After hours of looking at other stores they finally found something at Windsor that she was not in love with but purchased it anyway thinking that if she found something that she liked better that she could take it back if she did not wear it. Keep in mind that the sales associates were very snappy and short about helping my wife and daughter. One of them was on the phone with a customer and overheard the interaction between my wife and an associate and snapped off something smart. Well my daughter did find something that she liked better at another store and decided to purchase it. We do not get to Chattanooga that often because we are 30 mins away. When we did get the opportunity to get back to Chattanooga to try and return the items to Windsor it had been 32 days since purchase date and they would not do anything to help us out. Come to find out the store "policy" is 15 days to return for refund and 30 days to return for store credit. First of all these terms are kind of short and second the associates would not do anything to accommodate our circumstance. I did notify the company and got a reply that someone from the company would be reaching out to me to see what they could do but no one did. I have responded several time to that email stating that no one has attempted to reach out to me but I have still not received any kind of response from anyone. I am a rule follower and understand the need for rules and terms but their terms are only printed lightly on the back of the receipt and their terms for refunds are shorter than any I've ever seen. Matter of fact my daughter wife nor I knew the terms until the sales associate point them out on back of the receipt. This is a very difficult company...
Read moreI hardly ever write reviews, but I felt that this needed to be made aware!! I came into the store about a week and a half ago with my son. He is a toddler and it’s hard to always keep him still so I got one of those race cars type carts to push him around the mall in. Well he was playing with the cart and it was making some noise but nothing disturbing, and it was entertaining him. Well, I heard one of the girls at the counter saying “I hate kids so much, do they not realize how annoying their kid is being?” I immediately teared up and I have never felt so belittled in a public place like that. The girl was blonde, size large maybe a medium? I left the store and didn’t even want to stay to get her name. I came in a few days ago again but without my son. It was about 7:45 and I know the mall was closing at 8 but I wanted to look for a few things very quickly. I planned on being out of the store before 8:00. Well the whole time I was in there, I felt extremely targeted. All of the girls who were working there were yelling at each other that the mall was closing in 10 minutes, 7 minutes, 3 minutes. It seemed extremely passive aggressive and it was obvious they were trying to tell me to get out. Needless to say, if this store doesn’t want my business that badly then no worries! I will never be returning here and I would like to file a formal complaint to corporate about the girl from my...
Read moreMy daughter and her friend asked to try on dresses last night and was informed by the rude male manager that the “dressing rooms were closed”. Seeing as to how the dressing rooms were full of people at the time, my daughter was confused as to the “closing”. She was told that the dressing rooms close 30 minutes before the 8:00 closing , however it was only 6:30. Considering the 2 friends had driven an hour to get to the store, they waited on some girls to come out of the dressing room then went in. While inside the dressing room, the manager completely turned the music off in the store and waited for the girls to come out. They could hear him talking about them while inside. Once they came out, he was standing with arms crossed and told them they were “banned for a month for not following the rules”. When my daughter questioned why others were allowed in the dressing room but not them, he became very dramatic and told them they were “banned for life”! He kept yelling to his employees, “remember their faces because they are banned for life!” This is not the first time he has been rude to my family. I definitely hope this is addressed with him because he made a scene in front of the...
