Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in Cherry Hill Township

Curbside… arrived 3 min after my scheduled pick up time they were busy with walk in pick ups. Waited patiently 15 min till there was no other people there picking up and saw multiple workers look at me through doors. I look at the confirmation email says call number on sign, no sign no phone number outside. So now I look through the messages and on the website only store number. There’s no direct number to hit to bring you to the curbside pick up so I click employee. I was nice and asked “ is there anyone working curbside I have an order I’ve been waiting for for 15 min and” before i could finish was cut off I was told that “ that’s why it say to call when you get here if you were here 15 min you should have called” and as I was trying to finish to say the automated phone service was takin me back to the main menu when no one picked up the employee line he hung up on me. So not only was his tone rude but his facts are wrong. So when he got to my car I asked him to read what the message said and read it back to me I asked him where the signs were he said there were none I told him he was rude he hung up on me he denied it glad there’s a camera above all this hopefully recorded line too. And after all that the whisky river BBQ sauce was missing on the burger. No reason to be rude to customers cause you can’t handle the busy times of day specially when they were asking a valid question. Last night we came to red robins for our daughters birthday, something we do for everyone's birthday in our 6 person family. getting seated was fine, the restaurant itself is somewhat falling apart, broken parts of the window flashing, not cleaned properly. I went into the bathroom, it smelled awful, as if the sewers are backing up, my daughter said the same thing, and there is black mold all over the roof of the bathrooms. This bathroom has not been cleaned properly in ages, and you can tell. Then, once we got our food and drinks, were about 4 minutes into eating, my daughter sees something in her drink. It was a silverfish in her sprite, on the inside of the cup stuck to the inside. I immediately lost my appetite, and we told the waitress. the manager comes over and says he will take care of us for this. I honestly wanted to leave but my kids were hungry, they finished their meals. We go to leave, our daughters meal was not taken off for her birthday so had to wait on that, they did not sing to her, and compensation was 25 percent off. Honestly, we love red robins but we will not be coming back to this one ever again, and we come here 10 times a year on average. This place needs to be cleaned dramatically, needs new management, and if something happens like this, 25 percent does not cut it, and does not change my mind from calling health department. Been wanting to try Red Robin forever and finally had the opportunity to stop in for a late lunch/early dinner. From the moment we asked the hostess for a table, I had a bad feeling this was going to be a weird experience. The dining room was nearly empty, but we still had to wait about ten mins to be seated until the waiter returned from their break. Once we were seated, we ordered our drinks and ended up waiting nearly 20 mins for them to come out. The waiter came over and said he would be checking on our drinks and in the meantime took our food orders. The service was all over the place and honestly really terrible. At one point a waitress came over and just left a cup of thousand island dressing on our table as if we had ordered it? So strange. We weren’t given any napkins or silverware, despite our requests. I ended up taking a stack of napkins I spotted across the dining room on a random ledge, but no silverware ever made it to our table. The bathroom was also pretty disgusting and the floor was slippery. It just seems like a really unkempt place with no communication between anyone working there.
