Iāve been collecting Swarovski jewelry for years! This location is by far the BEST in NJ. Iāve experienced exceptional customer service from this location from both Jadiza and Michelle. There was some damage to a sentimental ring my husband purchased for me. It was covered under warranty but, both Bridgewater and Menlo Park Mall locations told me there was nothing that could be done. No explanation⦠no extra care⦠poor customer service. But, Jadiza at Cherry Hill assured me sheād run my concerns by Michelle and theyād help me with either repair or replacement of the ring. Not even 24 hours later, Michelle called me and said she ordered a replacement ring. I had another experience where I had a team member at Bridgewater order an extender for a necklace. The extender never came and I was told that it was out of stock. So I was left with a necklace that I couldnāt wear. I presented Michelle at Cherry Hill with the necklace and she confirmed the extender was out of stock⦠Michelle worked her magic and I left the store with the extender and was able to wear my necklace. The extra care / service shown at Cherry Hill (Jadiza & Michelle) will keep me coming back. I appreciate the customer care shown at the Cherry Hill location. I plan to only shop there and online from here on out....

The employee at this store exchanged it for me with a brand new ring-no questions asked. The second incident I had was with a new ring I purchased from a Swarovski store in India, the crystal for which popped out literally after a week of purchasing it. They told me they couldn't exchange it even though it hadn't even been a month and would have to ship it to the repair facility in a different city that would take 5-6 weeks to get back. I got this damaged ring to the Cherry Hill Swarovski store upon my return and the same employee exchanged it for a brand new ring. I've been purchasing Swarovski jewellery since over a decade now and if I was told nothing could be done about my damaged jewellery, I'd be greatly disappointed. They told her she could not return the necklace and basically forced her to keep it all because the tag fell off which I believe to be insane. They make u buy things and u canāt return them so they basically force you to keep the item.Sad I donāt recommend anyone spend any money here not even for a gift cause you can not return it 500$ is a lot of money to tell someone they canāt return a item that was never wore still in the package in the box and everything.
