The first experience buying a customized suit and in the beginning meeting with Christ although I had booked the appointment with his brother went great. He and my son put everything thing down on paper on how the suit would be the from the neck down to his ankle laughing but serious. Suit jacket velvet vest velvet three pockets a handkerchief the lettering hand stitch. I am visualizing the suit and I’m like yeah that sounds very nice.

This is when things started to turn. I had to call them to find out when my son could come in for his final fitting to make sure it was like they had discussed. Everything but his vest was missing. Chris said was he supposed to have a vest??? Yes three pockets and it was to match the suit jacket. He claimed it was too late for that but my son’s prom was two weeks away. Yes I understand that my son isn’t the only customer and there are other customers. However he said okay we can do the pockets and they would have some of the material from the jacket on it and that he was going to stitch the lettering that my son wanted on his vest (had to call about this as well since he told me on Tue I could pick up the suit and I didn’t get the suit until the day before the prom). Day of prom when my son was getting ready NO POCKETS AT ALL THE LETTERING WAS PRESSED ON so a I bought a suit that was not what it was supposed to be. I basically paid for the materials for the suit jacket.

All in all it would have been five stars because it was a very cool place the vibe the atmosphere was amazing inside it’s just the fact that I feel played and the reviews and others experience of the quick services NO great customer service YES. THE BALL WAS DROPPED. If you stuck around to the end yes my son don’t care. He was just saying that mom it is what it is since we paid for it already and prom is today… so basically let’s make the most out of what we have. He enjoyed prom and looked very dapper however the jacket pocket did get a hole in the pocket was his only complaint.

First time customer here and couldn’t rave enough about this place! Latrell was the sweetest, most complimentary, and QUICKEST alterations man I have ever met! I’m always late when it comes to getting a dress for a wedding or getting alterations as a bridesmaid. And we all know that overwhelming feeling when you type into Google “places near me”… but Latrell answered my call almost on the first ring and had time for me immediately. I stepped into the dress Wednesday afternoon (after watching a suave young man in a silver prom suit custom made by Agriculture Custom Clothiers look sharp as hell) and Latrell had my dress ready for pick up less than 48 hours later!!!! The efficiency was unbelievable but the finished product was even better. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place for your alterations, tailor, and clothing needs! I LOVE this store!!! My son came there and we were so last minute getting his prom outfit together. The suit was ill fitting when we received it from the original tailor and the shirt was just a plain white shirt, but we came here and they were able to get his pants to fit like he wanted and provided us with a GORGEOUS shirt and the SHOES OMG!!!
