Chase Bank — Local services in Chicago

Beautiful but there’s usually construction. There’s currently construction on the Clark entrance. However, they added ATMs on Clark just north of the original entrance.

There’s street parking with meters but they’re usually occupied. There is a cafe in the basement with a lot of different food options. It can get a little pricey but not too much for downtown prices. You can get anything from soup and salad to stir fry.

The bank itself is on the main floor. The staff is friendly and they always make sure to coordinate the customers to minimize wait times.

Chase is one of the banks with the most branches in the city, they are great at investing on their technology from new ATM's to one of the first to scan and pay. This Chicago downtown building is able to do on the spot currency exchanges which has always been very convenient. Their customer service is fine and their service ours are somewhat convenient. Overall, haven't been given much of a reason to complain but their fee schedule is extensive so pay attention to the requirements, personally I only use their checking account, I would take your savings somewhere else with...
