Convene Willis Tower — Local services in Chicago

4.8 / 5.0 - Considering the Convene event space is located in one of the most famous buildings of all time (Sears Tower), I couldn’t have been more surprised at the quality of the food, space, technology and especially the people. It’s located on the 2nd/3rd floors of the tower, with good access, coat checks and security.

The Event staff were amazing, especially Erik and his team. They were resourceful, professional, and really catered a fantastic experience. Thank you Erik, Juan (shipping/receiving) and the many staff for a memorable event.

The food was plentiful, tasty and really well laid out. Cold draft and hot coffee and beverages were available at all times, plus snacks between meals. I would gladly return for any event here and recommend it...
