We moved here from Europe about 7–8 months ago. At this point, I feel I’ve experienced enough to leave an objective review.
First of all, Wendy was a huge help during the selection process. We were still in Europe at the time and did everything remotely without ever visiting the building in person. We moved in February, the entrance was clean and dry, and the whole moving process was very easy. A truck can drive inside up to the freight elevator (though one downside is that the freight elevator has to be reserved well in advance, and reservations are only available in 2-hour slots, not shorter).
The entire building feels like a hotel or wellness center. On the 9th floor there’s a jacuzzi (open from May through October), a garden area where we can grill and sit by the fire, a gym, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, a billiard room, movie theater, poker table, fitness/yoga room, steam room, and sauna. While on 45th floor (rooftop) we have a pool with sunbeds.
There’s also bike storage, a bike repair room, and even a pet spa where dogs can be washed. The building has a parcel room where all packages are stored safely. Through the Luxer app we get notified whenever a package arrives, so it’s always secure, and the staff there is very friendly.
The maintenance team and front desk staff are excellent. Rudy and Stefan from maintenance helped us a lot — for example, when our washing machine started staining clothes, management replaced the entire unit with a brand-new one. At the front desk, Destiny, Courtney, and Carlos always greet us warmly.
The location is perfect: the lake is just a 5-minute walk, and Michigan Avenue is about a 10-minute walk. The area is safe and very well maintained.
The only real downside is that some residents are careless. The bike storage and dog washing areas often smell bad because people don’t clean up after their pets. Also, the entrance outside (even though it’s washed every morning) can sometimes smell because dog owners let their pets relieve themselves right there. Another issue is with the sauna and steam room, some residents enter wearing running shoes and regular clothes, which is not how those facilities are meant to be used (probably Moment team can organize some housekeeping rules and how-to sessions for residence).
Overall, though, I can highly...

This place was built in 2017. Nothing breaks down. On the rare occasion it does, we put in a maintenance request and they are knocking on the door within minutes to hours at the most.
2 weeks back our dishwasher had an unusual situation where a piece of plastic fell through onto the heating element and started to smoke.
Sam and Stephon followed me up immediately and resolve it in about 5 minutes flat.
Sebastian fixed our shades and the lock on our terrance door within an hour of the request and it took him about 10 minutes. I had tried for a few weeks and couldn't figure it out.
Shavon, Courtney, and Carlos at the front desk always greet you with a smile.
Hannah, Julie, and the rest of the leasing staff are always responsive, helpful, and polite, despite my myriad requests, and my merry-go round of unit transfers within the building :).
The amenities are wild. Huge hot tub open year round, rarely at capacity. Half the year the wall of windows is open. You are basically outside but covered in shade, and you get a nice breeze coming off the lake. Can stay in there for an hour+ and not overheat. On the rare occasion it closed (probably less than 5 days total during our 2 years here), management provided timely updates on the repairs. Steam room and dry sauna in each locker-room.
The only rooftop pool in Streeterville, with panoramic lake views. Doesn’t get as crowded as you would think, except maybe a couple weekends in July where it can be a bit of a party vibe, but the residents are generally a classy bunch.
Value for the neighborhood is unmatched. Could easily be priced closer to One Bennet Park. Do yourself a favor and don't try to save $300 bucks/month to live elsewhere. The quality declines precipitously.
The only reason we are leaving is to cut down on my wife’s commute, but our 2 years...
