lazy counter staff not the one in the front!!! He does not want to help and help me with unhappy face. I don’t understand why the company hire this kind of employee. normally, when professional banker count the cash, then will show back to me and confirm but this guy not even say anything. I don’t know that I still can trust Chase bank anymore. His name is Jon/John the guy that is very rude by showing his mean face and tapping his fingers on the table to rush me all the time.

Read moreI have attempted to start a business bank account at this branch, and although the managers and tellers have been professional, they have failed to properly set up business bank account on my behalf. I have had to make 4 separate visits, and I am going to have to plan a 5th to again figure out where my business money is and why I am unable to make a deposit.
It is unclear to me who's fault this is, but I will likely have to start applying for welfare because my account balance is still in limbo.

Very unprofessional stuff. Then I got called out for me taking a picture and it has to be deleted because it’s their policy(which is not true).
