First time I am writing a bad review. Just wanted to warn people for service you will receive. Wednesday my husband placed an order for a bridal bouquet to be used for our wedding ceremony on Friday. When I received the flowers, I got immediately disappointed. The flowers were not fresh, they had become brown on the edge. Also, whoever made the bouquet misplaced the needle. It came out of the way and stabbed my finger as I was trying to hold it. It was one of the most important days of our lives and this is definitely not what we were expecting. The following Monday, my husband wrote a polite email to the owner and explained the situation. We didn't even ask for money back, just expressing our thoughts. Soon the owner called us, and literally started yelling at us on the phone. He said he should not have taken our last minute order, and he said that we don't know anything about flowers, and insisted that the flowers hadn't opened up, in a very rude tone. He also blamed us for complaining a week later after the flowers.
It just doesn't make sense to me. Last minute order does not mean poor quality service. If he could not fulfill the customer order he should have not accepted it at the first place. We could have gone to other flower shops. Second, I may not be an expert in flowers, but it's obvious that the brown edges have nothing to do with opening up of the flowers. It's simply because the poor quality of the flowers. Last, there just has been a weekend before we wrote the email to the shop. It was our first weekend as a married couple, we wouldn't want to spend time complaining.
My husband googled and found this place has the best reviews, and this is what we got. Not only by the flowers itself, but also the rude and unfriendly attitude the owner presented. I would not come back ever, and would not recommend anyone to come here. Please take your business elsewhere and give it to someone who would be nice...

I ordered my aunt flowers for her birthday. My aunt has been hospitalized since November 13th. I wanted something beautiful. I found an arrangement and ordered the deluxe with a balloon. I placed the order at 6:48 am online. Around mid-afternoon or early evening, I contacted the floral company because I hadn't received any notification on the process. I was greeted, or lacked thereof, by a man with a heavy accent and hostile tone. I inquired about my order and if I'd receive a notification when it was out for delivery. I was assurnegativetile manner and all). I would! It never happened—the heartwarming call from my aunt thanking me for the flowers. That is how I know they'd been delivered.
My instincts told me the arrangement wasn't what I ordered. I was right. My daughter visited my aunt. She took a photo of the arrangement received, and it's not what I ordered.
What they sent appears to be a smaller version minus several flowers, including the roses. I tried calling the establishment, but no one picked up.
My aunt love flowers, she asked that I not take them. As she knows, I would return them and request what I paid for. Out of love and respect for my aunt, I didn't have my daughter remove them.
Chicago Flowers, you FAILED horribly in both customer service and delivery of the actual product.
I will never order from you ever again. YOU DESERVE...
Read moreI ordered two arrangements and they were very very important deliveries. I spoke to a man who assured me At the arrangements I ordered would be beautiful but more over that they would look just like the picture. He explained that they don’t do any design on their own, but what they do is duplicate the pictures. That seems fair to me at the time. Below, you can see the arrangements received by the recipient and photographed versus the picture posted on the website. I feel sad and embarrassed and I’m out a Couple hundred dollars . It would be one thing if they were personal flowers sent to a friend, but I run a business with a decent reputation and now, after this delivery, The company looks cheap and careless.. I’m gonna say choose a different Florist. These guys do not have a storefront so you can’t walk in which I understand is not important to everyone, but it does say something about the business. They operate out of an office someplace so while you can’t walk in to see the flowers or to see what they’re doing, they have an operation there . I feel really bad. I feel embarrassed. And while the right thing to do would be for the florist to send out new flower arrangements that actually looks like the picture, I haven’t heard back from them so I’ll probably have to spend another couple hundred dollars. Send good Looking...
