This was near the top of our list of places to visit on our vacation, and we were so glad we made it. We liken it to a balloon animal artist, but cotton candy is so much better!

It was really cool watching the creation (in our case, a panda) being made. It does take a few minutes, but watching the process was part of the fun. We had a few different flavors of cotton candy and they were all great. I've had flavored cotton candy elsewhere that was too strong or too artificial tasting, but this was just right. The cotton candy was very fluffy, which is something you only get fresh and not from prepackaged.

There's a nice variety on the menu in terms of price and how elaborate the creations are. There's also the option of a more basic "cloud" of cotton candy in different sizes for something quicker and lower priced.

There are also two fully automated cotton candy machines where you can pick from different designs and flavors. We also gave that a try. While less fun than watching a creation made by hand, it was still neat to watch. The cotton candy flavors from the machine (especially banana) were also very good.

Amazing artist and fun to watch! Obviously early in opening but some tips that may help efficiency and increase sales! You’ll get all the first time customers without a problem but will have a hard time with repeaters especially if continued delays. I would highly recommend selling premade characters, I happily would have bought one, watched you for a few minutes and left. Not necessary to watch mine being made. The spiel given about when to return and texting is too long and confusing. I bought mine yesterday and had it wrapped and it still looks great, so no worries on losing it’s look if premade. The two assistants were essentially watching with us, I would utilize them to make tons of parts for you to assemble, or teach them how to make everything. If you’re ever sick or unable you’ll want the business to continue. Like a restaurant the chef is the brains but the staff should be able to replicate everything. We waited about 40 minutes for a unicorn which isn’t sustainable for you, your staff or repeat customers and bad reviews go a long way with social media.
