The store has good sale, so last week I bought few dresses for myself and a couple for my sister and asked them if I can return if she is not ok with the sizes, then the representative said they can give me the store credit. As I thought, the sizes I took were incorrect for her so I went there to exchange. There was a lady there named Gaby, she was very rude to me, was asking me to describe the person who told me that I could exchange, was saying that I was lying to her and no one works there like that. When I bought the last time they charged for Akira bag and never gave that and a dress which I took has a failed zip, when I asked about them, she again started blaming me and talking to me in a loud voice. I lost my nerves at that time and I raised my voice too then another man came and was arguing with me that I went there to return the item for the second time where in it was my first, he said I'm talking in a loud tone and was asking me to leave the store. They're wrong and they were keeping false alligations on me, when I asked him to check in the system, he checked for a long time, he couldn't find anything in there that they said on me, that time he allowed me get another dress for the failed zip dress one. I came last monday, 3/17, on my birthday to find an outfit for my birthday dinner and he spent so much time finding different outfits for me. I almost gave up because I didn’t like how some of the outfits fit me, but he wouldn’t let me lol. He kept coming back finding different outfits for me to try on. Even shoes and a purse too. Im a very indecisive person, so the fact that he spent so much time helping me find the perfect outfit(along with being patient as well) means a lot.
