I don't know what to call it other than a scam. Drove an hour with the family to attend yesterday. The first surprise was that it wasn't even in the stadium. It was in a small section of the PARKING LOT to the side of the stadium. Upon entering the lot, we were met by a security guard and lighted traffic sign that simply said, "FAIR CLOSED." The guard said it was because rain had moved through earlier in the day. However, the rain was HOURS before the event was scheduled to open, and everything was bone dry by opening time. Carload after carload was being turned away, and the security guard said that one family had driven 3 hours from Wisconsin, only to have to turn around. What is most troubling is that the event organizers didn't even feel the need to update the website when they cancelled for the day. No banner, no pop-up alert... nothing to let potential guests know that it had been called off. In fact, the normal hours of operation were still prominently displayed.
Based on the other reviews on here from people who ACTUALLY ATTENDED (not paid, curated reviews), it looks like we dodged a bullet. âźď¸PLEASE âźď¸ if you still decide to go check it out, DO NOT buy tickets online ahead of time!!!!!! But better yet, save yourself the time and go play mini golf or get a pizza and watch a movie. It will be more culturally enriching than a small corner of a parking lot with stacks of shipping containers and empty...
Read moreCame all the way from Cali to face deep disappointment after attending which was promoted under the name âWorld Fair US.â The way this event was advertised through TikTok and ig created a clear expectation of a grand, culturally immersive, globally inspired experience. Unfortunately, what was delivered fell far short.
From the name and branding alone, one would expect something on par with a true world fairâfeaturing international pavilions, meaningful cultural showcases, innovation, food from around the globe, and exhibits that reflect a genuine celebration of diversity and progress. Instead, what I encountered felt more like a local vendor market with very limited international or cultural substance.
This felt less like a âWorld Fairâ and more like a misleading rebrand of a flea market.
To be frank, it feels like the name was chosen to deliberately inflate expectations and draw in people under false pretenses. Thatâs not just frustratingâitâs dishonest.
At the very least, be honest with your audience moving forward. Transparency builds trustâthis experience did the opposite. I hope you take this seriously and either adjust the scope of your advertising or deliver an experience that actually aligns with the promise and the $20 per ticket charge. $80 for 17 minutes...

We visited World Fair US yesterday, excited after seeing all the promotional pictures and ads. But honestly, it was a complete waste of money â we might as well have thrown $50 in the trash.
This place is nothing like the Global Village in Dubai â not even close. The photos and marketing were completely misleading and deceptive. There was barely anything to see or do. No real cultural exhibits, no entertaining shows, and everything felt cheap and thrown together.
We were extremely disappointed. It felt like a scam, and we demand a refund. We paid for an experience that simply didnât exist.
Save your time and money â we do not recommend this...
