Warhammer — Local services in Chico

I came into this store about a month ago and the staff stated that the datacards contained all the rules, just no lore, so it was a cheaper option. My fault for not confirming, I guess, but no strategems or detachment info. Life goes on. Now, I came here from an hour away with my son who is really getting into the hobby, after confirming hours with staff, and they're closed on Wednesday, July 30th, at 12:30 pm. Sign says open at 11. There's another dude here who is trying to pick up his order and has been waiting....

Came in to the shop to get the miniatures that Games Workshop gives out monthly after calling and speaking with the manager, Don. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly to my girlfriend and I as we browsed all the different models and paints, and even took the time to show us both some painting techniques.
