Phone accessory Shack — Local services in Chino Hills

So my wife and I are visiting out town and decided to go shopping around this area. I just bought a new phone and needed an iPhone case. We picked up a phone case on Wednesday afternoon and the seller was very polite and provided good customer service. Today, Friday morning, I noticed the phone case that I had bought has already started to rip and breakdown. Mind you I have not fully switched over my previous phone and wasn't even using the new case yet. I called the phone shack to explain the issue and the seller seemed to agree to an exchange. As we arrived and explained in person the issue, the lady working wanted to charge us fees and after an agreement that we were exchanging for equal value, was completely disrespectful and starting accusing us that we broke the case and stating that no one else would exchange, she was hovering us and kept accusing us, I asked her name and she was unprofessionaland childish and said she doesnt have a name. At this point it escalates to argue and even more rude behavior. We are very disappointed in our treatment as my family suggested this location and has referred business there multiple times. This treatment from this employee does not match the service expected from this vendor. We will not be back and suggest you do not deal with...
