The piercing experience is amazing. They sanitize the ear and ask where you would like the piercing. They allow you to place the piercing and you can change it when in this part of the process. Although the workers were yakking amongst themselves when we walked in, they did finally greet us when we walked up to the counter. My friend got her ears pierced and was nervous about it, but they were very reassuring and told her what to expect. I do wish they had told her up front what the price range was, it was more expensive than I expected, but she was OK with it.
