We arrived 30 minutes early to utter and complete chaos. There was absolutely no organization. The whole consessions area was full with no one knowing where the ONE line was to buy tickets. Yes, there was only one ticket person. The lines to consessions were longer. We bought our tickets online with no direction to recieve them and no little atm, ticket dispenser. We were 20 minutes late to our movie, thank God for commercials. The popcorn was blan and bad. They had NO soda selection. The manager, who was running around, did not offer solutions or even help his team to organize and sell tickets. They were desperately understaffed and it showed in their sagging shoulders and tired eyes. They lacked proper team work and cohesion. I truely hope those employees recieved a bonus or treat for their hard work they did under that kind of pressure. The manager, while I expressed my disappointment, only apologized and gave me a free drink ticket for a later time. The only reason we didnt abandon all hope and leave was that we purchased tickets online. Do not go here amywhere around the holiday season unless you desire true holiday stress amd rage. It was a complete disappointment as a customer service point. I only agree to give it 1 star because the movie was good and there were no complications...
Read moreAs all theaters are. Swallowing the hefty price for concession food and snacks can be harsh but it's the name of the business and when you think about the pay of employees, power bill, water $50k or more projector $20k for the screen $500+ per chair upwards of 2k per projector bulb and then that alot of your ticket money is going to Hollywood to pay for the film ( I'm probably missing alot) The prices make sense.
The theater is fairly clean but the cloth seats in the first 10 theaters dont get cleaned as often so pet hair and drink stains can be found on several seats per theater. Again this is a inevitable price to pay and yet they still manage to keep it clean enough to not get on you.
I go to this theater very often! about 2 times a month at the least. The managers there are friendly and have been awesome to get to know. I got a little tour of the electronics and computer controls for the theater. I'm a bit of tech junkie and love setting up my home theater so they where kind enough to show me around.
With my experience of other theaters the experience here is fantastic and the people are great! Highly...
Read moreI'm pretty sure I've already reviewed this location, but I can't find it, so I'll do it again. I go here all the time for movies. I'd say the one thing I wish it had was IMAX. But it doesn't. They do have a theater called "The Big D" which has pretty good sound. This theater doesn't have assigned seating, which isn't a big deal because I've never had a problem getting a seat I like. Course I always show up before the movie starts. I'd recommend this location to anyone who likes watching movies. It's always fun to see a movie on the big screen. The popcorn is good, and they have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. Service has always been good from my experience. I haven't had any issues with staff. I just get my snack and go to the theater. The seating is fine. Not the big recliners like you see in other AMC theaters. I'd say it's a pretty clean theater in my opinion. Sure the floors get a little messy throughout the day, but I think most of that is due to people making a mess and not cleaning up after themselves. Overall, it's a good spot for movies and I have been back many time and will continue...
