I would no stars if it was possible. Horrible experience! The food was disgusting, ordered the Malibu chicken with mashed potatoes the mashed potatoes seemed fake they were clumpy with a weird taste it wasn’t even real Malibu chicken they use their teriyaki chicken and just slapped a piece of ham and some cheese on top of it.( giant piece of grilled chicken, THAT IS NOT MALIBU CHICKEN) The Texas toast wasn’t toast it was two pieces of extremely soggy bread! My mom ordered the same thing and within 15 minutes of just having a few bites she was in the bathroom sick and had to go back a few times it made her stomach upset the whole night. (i’m glad I only took one bite and knew instantly something was not right ) She didn’t even eat that much and I only took a few bites as the taste was horrible. I took it back to get a refund and they told me that I took it off premises so there’s nothing they could do which I did not take it off the premises I’m a guest in the hotel. I called her out on that and she stumbled on her words and switched it to I left the restaurant. She said she would go get the owner and came back within 60 seconds saying the owner was busy and he said that there was nothing that could be done she was very rude and defensive customer service was horrible at that point. Then the other waitress overheard us And said “what the owner is not even here what are you talking about” so she was obviously lying to me. The food was barely touched I have never been to a restaurant before where I wasn’t taken care of because of their food being less then satisfactory. I highly recommend you not go here unless you want to be sick and disappointed with the quality of food and have a waitress that was very defensive and rude and was telling me that their food is good and it doesn’t make people sick but in customer service the customers are always right and right after my mom took a few bites she was sick and the food was not good!!! stay away!!! Very disappointed at being treated like that and being a guest in the hotel and not being heard!!! Or the issue taken care of. The owner obviously does not care about customer satisfaction! Waste of $50!!! Then reading other reviews and the owner says he like to make sure customers are satisfied in every aspect, well obviously not because your waitress said that you said “I’m busy and there is nothing that can be done, you left the restaurant we can’t do anything” so basically screw you and your experience and I don’t care about customer satisfaction. You don’t ever argue with a customer and that’s what this lady did. I’ve never had this bad of...

This visit was amazing we ordered Fish & Chips and finger steaks...with Onion rings and a salad....I would order anything we had again...the Fish was tasty...crunchy batter large serving...yummy tarter sauce and lemon slices that didn't look like they were cut last week....The salad was fresh and large with lots of tasty additions...Tge dinner steaks were homemade...nit just dumped in the fryer...and the onion rings were thick tasty crunchy crunchy batter...definitely made in house...and I'm not sure why....their Pepsi was the best we've had in a very long time...Our food arrived quickly and was screaming hot(unlike many places we've gone)....our Server was on top of it...she was wearing a medical boot and could tell it had been a long day for her...but she didn't miss a beat...and as I noticed other tables...they were being well attended to...The prices were also great...couldn't beat it anywhere...We'll be back...sooner...
Read moreThis is a great hidden gem! They’ve been open a couple of years, but I just recently heard about them and decided to try it out. The atmosphere is very cool with a country western mining theme. We were greeted by a kind elderly woman (owner maybe?) who gave us some good recommendations and seated us. We went for the prime rib, but they had just sold out. We got the combo appetizer with a little of everything. The appetizers were so good! I had the rib eye, and my main complaint was that it was more rare than I like with my medium rare steaks. It didn’t have very much flavor, either. I thought it was odd that it came with pickled mushrooms. I was not a fan of those. My wife had a burger that was delicious. The kids had chicken strips that were surprisingly tasty, as well. The service was excellent and our drinks were always full. HUGE portions and everyone had leftovers. Very affordable for the amount of food you get. Aside from the underwhelming steak, a great experience and we...
