When both locations in Idaho Falls and Ammon opened they were great. Over the last year they have completely went down hill from quality of food along with customer service. Tonight I went to Idaho Falls location , I want to mention that a year ago i moved to Blackfoot, ID so its a 15 -20 minute drive so when I order food I expect to get what I paid for . which tonight they forgot both orders of my Angus Beef (which is more than regular beef on menu ) and the rice was undercooked and the Peking Pork my girlfriend refused to eat & our dogs didn't care too much for it either . On September 27, 2017 , I went to get my girlfriend lunch there since it was her birthday , it was the wrong food , I ordered Angus beef & instead got beef & broccoli , rice was undercooked and her Walnut Shrimp was cold not warm but actually cold . So back to tonight's order, my girlfriend called the location asked for a manager the gentleman that answered was the manager supposedly , though he sound like a young child , which given his responses proved that my thoughts on his age were correct . We never asked for anything just want him to know what happened and to possibly have a meeting and improve both food quality and service . (One item I must mention is that I also was lecture also on not checking the order before driving away from girlfriend) . I must say that given the fact that we live in Blackfoot and I was not going back for the Angus Beef , or were we was asking for anything at all from them , only informing him of the issues we experienced. All the manager t wanted to know and keep asking was if we had a receipt , it ended with a not so satisfied customer and thus me writing the long review. They say the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.. so I guess you can call me insane for coming to this panda location when I do. Most of the folks that work here are filled with an ungodly amount of attitude. They are inattentive, they do not listen to you when you Tell them you want something specifically they don’t even give you the stuff that is supposed to come with the meal as it is, To my understanding every meal usually comes with some soy sauce and some chili sauce nine out of 10 it is not in the bag or the box when I leave the Store and I can never expect for the things I ask for specifically to be in the bag either. They have no manners or respect, they repeatedly talk Amongst each other while trying to order causing me to have to repeat myself multiple times on almost every occasion I stop here. Ultimately what has caused me to decide to write this review is because I ordered my food and at the window I was asked if I wanted any sauces. I said “yes I would like some teriyaki sauce as well as the chili and soy sauce” had to pull up to a wait spot which is completely okay. However even with the extra time given by having me pull up and wait, they somehow managed to short me on not only my teriyaki sauce, but the chili and soy sauce as well. Read moreI go here once a month. Used to be almost daily in other states in the past. Today they get a ding though for the white blond gal a few months ago this summer who stood there next to the drive up window server... making 4-5 of us wait to be served at the counter... then when she got around to helping us in the line at the counter she managed to start taking the order of the people behind me... and somehow missed me standing in front of them completely. I know I didn't offend anyone, I hadn't said a word and was looking at the food options to see which dishes were fresh, but was still standing straight up, not hidden in anyway. So that was a server who was completely not paying attention and was disengaged. At other times, I can tell the restaurant is more concerned about helping their online orders than the people actually standing in front of them... thus the really long wait times... even taking the last of the food... That's jacked up!! You are prioritizing orders and food for people who aren't even at your restaurant... and now you are out of 4 dishes with a line of hangry people who have to wait another 10-20 mins for those 4 dishes to be cooked! That's terrible management!! WTH?? Seriously, what's wrong with you people? That tells me you don't respect us or our time. And that means you aren't worthy of my hard...
