WOW!!! The respect that my son and i were shown this past weekend by the staff at this store was remarkable. I made 4 trips to the store in 2 days. It started with my son wanting to get a new game and my world went so far sideways it made my head spin. My son had some questions and i stood back to watch as he asked one of the gentlemen about a game. This young man stopped and listened to my son and answered each question in a way that made sence to him some questions were answered a few times in different ways till mu son understood what the young man was saying. I was so pleased at that in its self. This young man didnt blow off my son or treat him as just another kid he took the time to make my son comfortable and made sure he had no further confusion about the game. So we get home to find that our tv was fried so my son couldnt play the games he just got. After hunting and digging we got an old box tv out of storage to find he needs a different cord to connect his consol. Again staff not only explained why the first cord would not work but they went above and beyond to help me get the right cord they refunded my money and im so happy. I will go to this store for any future gaming...
Read morei will start by saying i had great customer service. but it’s clear they aren’t very thorough with their pre owned consoles. i understand they won’t catch every single problem with their tests but i know for a fact they didn’t even turn mine on to test it. got a pre owned ps4 today, and the old owners account was still logged in. i assumed the store would’ve factory reset it, it’s literally the most basic step when reselling electronics, but it’s whatever i got that done. what really gets me is they didn’t try to connect to any networks either because whatever operates that is busted, my network won’t work at all, and i’ve gone through all of playstations troubleshooting instructions. i know it’s not my wifi because every other device i have works perfectly on it. by the time i figured this out it was too late to return it, but i am in the morning. not sure, but i don’t think i’ll be getting any money back on my $30 warranty i used for less than 24hrs. if i found 2 separate issues within 4hrs of purchasing it, one of which was easily solved, that just tells me someone isn’t doing...
Read moreThey are so nice here! I dont get anything technology related. And all the peeps that worked there today explained things to me in a way my brain understood. And when one peep explained and I still was confused another would explain... like this was a great experience on my end 😅 Im glad they cannot review me cause I was a nightmare! Haha!
These peeps were so patient! I didnt even know what gaming system i had so they brought up photos so I could point to which one I had!
And my questions were... 😅 dumb... like really dumb...
And they were so polite and didn't laugh at me or anything! They explained things in such a kind way that I didnt feel stupid for asking... the only reason why I know my questions were dumb was my friend was like "😂xbox systems dont have airplane mode to play!🤣"
Ssoooo yeah... these guys were very kind and sweet to not make fun of my dumb questions.
It was a great experience and any time I need to get anything game related I will be going back.
