Cassidy is the most amazing worker and will help you with absolutely everything you need and save you money in your pocket doing so. Walking in I was automatically greeted with a warm presence and she was there every step of the way to help me find what I never knew I fully needed. I've been having a rough time sleeping for the longest time, and honestly I though it was something to do with the heat, me having an overactive mind, the stress I put on my body from work making me sore, or anything else that I thought could really only be solved by a doctor. I was completely wrong. I was able to easily open up to Cassidy about what I struggled with and be honest that I couldn't afford a mattress at the time. She suggested that maybe a pillow could solve some issues, and my goodness she was correct. First, she walked me through what my mattress felt like, so we could find a bed that was similar to what I have at home. Then we went over the type of pillow I had at home (flat cardboard stuffing). We went through how I usually sleep, whether I was on my back, stomach, a particular side, or moving all around throughout the night. She asked if I liked my head being down close to the bed, up higher, if I wanted something squishy and soft, or something more firm. It made me realize how my basic home necessities would be bringing me down the most. I learned more than I thought I ever needed to know about sleeping, and it was outstanding and comforting to have someone listen and care one on one. I had no clue the type of mattress you have pairs with the type of pillow you need. It was even funny to test out the pillow I found and loved didn't seem like as great of a fit on other mattresses available in the store. I'm more than grateful to have had the help I received testing out dozens of pillows making me relaxed and sleep, while having a great time and laughing. Some were memory foam, some were curvy, some were organic, some had cooling technologies to reduce the heat expelled from the head, and most had them all in one perfect pillow. If it wasn't for her, I would still wake up constantly throughout the night and wake up not feeling well rested. I can't remember the last time I slept this well, and amazed at all the knowledge she had. Who knew a pillow could be a missing component on my life saving me time, energy, and doctor...

I bought a four-thousand-dollar Tempur-Pedic mattress from this Denver Mattress location. I’m out four thousand dollars and their offered fix, was a mattress that was far worse than what we paid for. They insisted on selling me a frame that is in two parts. This basically leaves a three-inch ridge in the middle of our king bed and solid edges around the other three sides. It did not support the mattress in the middle causing damage to my current mattress. Dustin, the store manager, says the issues I had with my Tempur-Pedic, were not permanent and he resold our previous mattress. Why I was told this and not offered the fix needed. I had contacted the Tempur-Pedic company, before talking to Dusitn, but they would not even get back to me. I contacted the manager at the store I bought from, and Dustin said I could get a $2,000 credit because three years had passed, instead of replacing the base to my bed. Dustin, the manager would still not offer me a better frame. Picture a diagonal box. You have to sleep within this box, two are pushed together as a frame. Instead of a king bed, shared by two, you instead have a small space to sleep in that does not properly support the mattress. Buyer beware. I even went to their ZEN desk and received no further help. This newer mattress is about to go, the way the Tempur-Pedic one did. We will see where we go from here. Looks like the trash. I’m out four grand. What tag that remained on this mattress, scanned when they came out last time, is now gone. Glad I had other people here as witnesses. Disabled, Veteran. I have Sciatica after this horrible experience, my wife will be getting a hip replacement next month. I didn’t want her to suffer as this...

Updated July 2025:

We are still in love with our Purple mattress. 3 years later and it shows no sign of wear; still like it's brand new. We've grown to appreciate it is the most comfortable mattress we've slept on, which makes it hard to travel and sleep in inferior beds. We used to comment on how nice some hotel beds were; now our only comment is "this bed is horrible and I miss our Purple mattress."

Great experience. We recently went in to look at Purple mattresses. Dustin was immediately helpful and was educational rather than a pushy salesman. He gave us our space to figure out what we liked, but was available to address questions and provided us with relevant information. We ended up purchasing a Purple mattress on that visit. The purchase experience was great, and we had a couple of the nicest delivery guys. The mattress has been everything we thought it would be and after a short time of owning it we'd definitely recommend it. Time will tell how it holds...
