Horrible service. They don't know how to measure men's tuxedos, returned the men's tuxedo for pick up 3 days before the XV event and the suits did not fit. They messed up on the suit sizes and had to make adjustments because of their mistake. The suits quality were very cheap and ugly. There was an expectation that the suits would be slim fitted. I asked them for the suits and wanted to be delivered next day delivery. They told me they would be able to and then denied that request. They said tuxedos would be ready Saturday morning which is when the XV event is. Very unprofessional. They did not give me a full refund after they could not provide the services that they promised. DO NOT GO...

Good experience staff was nice and helpful . However giving the store a one star because they do charge $25 dollar for appointments. I was okay with that charge but unfortunately my grandma passed away and the funds we were going to use for the dress is now being used for funeral expenses. I explained the situation to the staff yet they refuse to refund the appointment fee . I’ve never been to a shop that charges for not buying anything. Will not return here for future purchases or recommend the shop to anyone. Great selection of gowns but for the fee I’m not returning it made me feel very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t want anyone to get charged...

Liliis Creation Bribal /Quinceanera dresses was amazing. The customer service was outstanding. Ms. Karen made time for my daughter to try on a dress without an appointment; she was awesome.

Maria the dress consultant answered all our questions and made the process so simple and easy. She listened to all our questions and gave us direct answers. She was super helpful!!!!

Marisol assisted with the fitting of the dress .She was down to earth when helping my daughter with her dress and attentive to her. Go Softball 🥎
