Thank you Abby’s. What incredible customer service. I honestly (honestly) never leave reviews. We lost 2 family members in less than 1 month. Those family members were at Frankenmuth together days prior. We went after my grandmother’s funeral, as we did every year, every weekend after Thanksgiving growing up. Way back when the arcade was EPIC!!! The (school) mall had Old-Timey Photos… Needless to say it was a special day with my family. My mom bought my daughter some Corky’s she picked out for her chorus performances back home on the Outer Banks, NC. Couple weeks pass, my daughter has her performance. Put on two left shoes. Came running out asking if the shoe(s) looked funny or were they misshapen…

Called Abby’s. Spoke to Stephanie, Denise, and Maddie and coordinated shipping the shoes back to Mich, get my girl her right shoe, ship them back to us and then REFUND my shipping cost!! Expedited so smoothly and efficiently. It means so much to know there are stores like this still out there. With so much ‘not my problems’ ‘not my job’ mentalities in hospitality and retail…this made me feel so good. My daughter is so happy. Can’t wait to get her shoes back. Ready for her next performance this month. The gist is, the losses in our family hit us hard. And it’s the last thing I wanted to try to deal with from another state. BEST STORE IN FRANKENMUTH! My 2 best friends from high school and I visited Frankenmuth after a reunion. They have a wide selection of unique items for all ages and styles, at reasonable prices. Among our purchases - a reversible wrap-around skirt with detachable purse/pouch - attractive and a real conversation piece - yet appropriate for a middle school teacher. I purchased a multi-purpose garment - scarf, dress, skirt, cover-up - that came with instructions and a video. I lost the instructions and video and emailed the store. The replied THE NEXT DAY and sent replacements. When I emailed to check delivery when they did not arrive, they promptly sent them AGAIN. This lovely boutique in downtown Frankenmuth carries the Jenna Kator collection of beautifully detailed vegan leather accessories, even more supple than the "real thing," so, of course I bought an trim folio wallet ,an easy fit in any purse .
