High pressure sales tactics and extremely over priced, for a particular Flexsteel chair they were 30% more expensive for the exact model compared to other local stores, pile on their expensive delivery it made absolutely no sense. Got the if you buy in the next hour we will give you $ off which wasn't even close. Threats of if you don't buy today it could be a 3 month wait etc. Can't say anything good about the experience, they don't have any in-house service for Flexsteel either so no...
