DO NOT GO THERE! As you can read the other reviews, The owner is VERY rude, but I’ll lay the story out flat. I’m a 21 year old going to Frankenmuth to spend quality time with my girlfriend for the weekend, As walking downtown, we noticed that there was a record store and got excited to go in, As a hobby, I do YouTube videos so I have been Vlogging walking downtown And was very excited to enter this store (I love music stores), anyway when I walked in INSTANTLY I got yelled out to put my camera away, which actually is totally fine with me, I understand rules so I said “oh okay I understand” and put it in my pocket, when leaving after browsing for a while he stopped us near the door saying “I hope you don’t plan on posting any of that footage” (btw I recorded 2 seconds of me entering the store) and I said “no no it’s good I understand, I’m not, I didn’t see any don’t recording signs until we walked in” after that he then repeated the same sentence 4-5 times about how I shouldn’t post anything online and was VERY I mean VERY rude about it, I feel like I took action instantly and didn’t deserve that kind of behavior, I even complimented his store while I was browsing to “ease” the tense as heck mood in the store because I feel like he just stares at you the whole time, anyway the owner is very rude and it made me and my girlfriend very upset that I got hassled when I completely complied as soon as I was told, if I could do zero stores I most definitely would, and to my remembrance I have never wrote a bad review, bad time,...

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Me and my boyfriend walked into, not noticing the no recording sign, with his go-pro out for causal vlogging. Immediately, the owner, who was previously talking to a customer, stopped us saying we need to put the go-pro away aggressively, no “hi welcome in” or anything first. We shopped around, the environment tense, we were constantly watched creepily. As we were leaving, he stopped us, making remarks such as “I hope you’re going to delete that”, “I hope you’re not going to post that”, “there is clearly a sign on the front door and many others around the store”, in a very rude manner. My boyfriend was very respectable saying he will delete it and acknowledging the man’s concerns. However, the owner continued to be aggressive and pushy until we just walked away. Always appreciate a stroll through a record shop. It’s an alright selection here, not huge but certainly has the classics - 60s, 70s, 80s, rock, blues and jazz, soundtracks and memorabilia. However, not for those looking for modern music or underground sounds, punk etc. There were many notices about photos and videos not being allowed, which puzzled me - I think the record bank could benefit from some promotion. Enjoyed browsing and found the prices to be fair, would have bought something but didn’t want to risk it sitting in the car, as this was a random stop among many shops during a hot afternoon.
