I usually love this store. The last few visits however, have not been so pleasant. I don't like being bombarded when I first walk in the store especially when I say I have been there before. I'd like to just do my shopping without being bothered. I understand that times are slow but I don't need every store employee hounding me to add to my purchase. Today I came in for one specific honey and I was told to pick out more for a bundled deal. I don't appreciate being told what to buy. When making simple conversation while being checked out I had mentioned that we come to frankenmuth for the honey and olive oil from another company. When the clerk said they had oil I expressed politely that I prefer another brand. It was at that point the clerk got super quiet and very short with me and walked away as soon as the transaction was completed. Not even told good bye or...

What an amazing experience, the highlight of our short 1 day vacation to Frankenmuth. The owner of the Cheese Haus should come by and see how it's done. There are endless honeys, and vinegars, several syrup selections and I saw multiple teas (but forgot about them) due to the extensive honey/vinegar selection. Most importantly you can sample so many of them! It was such a delight to take a moment and not only see the extensive selection, but have an idea of what each item would taste like! The customer service was awesome, we were met at the door by an enthusiastic young lady who asked us if it was our first time there, when we mentioned it was she showed us the ropes (item selection and where/how to sample) the staff was very friendly and it was a joy to experience. Such a great treat, all their products are homemade and are made in the surrounding states except for some of the products from Italy, just ask the staff they are very knowledgeable and can help you with anything in the store, they offer free samples and also have suggestions on what and how to use their olive oils, honey, syrup, teas, if you are looking for authentic and really good natural products this is the place. They also sell their products in a package you can choose what you would like in it and I highly recommend to take a business card and order on line.
