Kam Sheng — Restaurant in City of Long Beach

I’d like to share this review with the public I have lots of experience eating Chinese food from eating in Chinatown and eating all over the country and all over the world. This restaurant does their best to Ruin Chinese cooking everything I ordered today for takeout was complete inferior miss cooked garbage, their ribs are dry they are chicken is dry. I don’t know how they could make dried chicken that’s in a wet liquid but they accomplished it and this is the second time this week I’ve had Chinese food. A Long Beach the other place I ate this week was yummy yummy what a difference I would recommend not going and ordering from this restaurant. Especially I saw cockroaches crawling on the walls. Save yourself the trouble take my advice. Don’t patronize them and if you deviate on the all they want is a Dallimore, a Dallimore, a dollar more and then not nice especially the lady I am sorry to give a report like this. Been ordering from this restaurant for a very long time but today was just off. Everything I wanted was s problem, asked for fried tofu in my vegetarian dish would be extra, OK. Asked for just chicken broth, then when the order was totaled, ask if I qualified for Cold Sesame Noodles, not enough spent $26 not $30. Asked if I could get s smaller portion. Said it only comes in one size, really! So she said I can get an egg roll. OK, but when I wanted to pay by Credit card, she renegged on my egg roll. I said this isn't the way I have been treated in the past so she said that OK, go some where else!!! Thanks for wasting my time. I will. So I ask, have they changed owners ??? Very...

If I could give a negative i would. I've ordered from them for years and tonight i ordered again but I was short of cash so I gave a small tip. Mind you I order a lot and always try to give what I can. But they call and tell my I better not do that again it's ok for tonight but to not do it again. Seriously! then they ran my card 3 times and then called to tell me I had no money when I had just used it as they called me. The woman was so nasty and so rude I told her she lost a valued customer she said it's ok. They do not care about their customers they are greedy and rude I will never order...
