Verizon — Local services in City of Long Beach

I have always had Verizon as my carrier for many years and completely satisfied with their service I wanted and needed a new iphone. I went to the Verizon Store in Long Beach, NY. I wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else because of their service. I have frequented this store many times always left happy. Your Representative Chet is outstanding I can’t praise him enough. He’s is a gentlemen he was very kind and considerate to each and every customer that entered your shop while I was there. On top of that and extremely important he’s very computer savvy he knows his job. I was there for at least 2 hours no fault of his, Chet was the only Representative in the shop. He took care of many customers asking their problem why they were there and he multitasked, he was able to do all that perfectly and very respectfully not neglecting anyone. Each customer had their request taken care of and left very grateful and happy and thanking him. I went into Long Beach Verizon store to pay for a phone my nephew who is on my account purchased in Poughkeepsie. My salesperson in L.B. Verizon was a GENTLEMAN named Chet did I hit the lottery was this man when I told him I wanted to pay the $700 for the phone he said hold on & proceeded to go on his computer & research the phone that was purchased the call the Verizon customer service # & confirm his memory that this phone was free due to a promotional deal if kept on the account for 3 years. I have NEVER met a salesperson that has ever gone above & beyond what I went in for. Can you imagine I went in to pay & this man did not take my money & allow me to walk out.
